I have a private practice in Nob Hill where I see individuals and couples for psychotherapy and coaching. My hours are flexible, and I am often able to accommodate early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments as the majority of my clients work. My approach to therapy is collaborative and active, and I strive to avoid power differentials. I believe that change can occur quickly, as barriers and blocks are identified and removed. I work with clients to empower them on this journey, through often murky waters of complex trauma, addiction, chronic pain, grief, depression, and severe anxiety. You can read more about my practice here: Psychology Today therapy page.
I am a member of the International Association of Coaching. Coaching is a more active, directive process in which a specific area of growth or challenge is targeted for change. Coaching also requires adherence to a specific set of ethics, which can be reviewed here: IAC Ethical Principles
